Good day,
I'm using Quick Access Popup v. 11.5.7.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 x64
(I think Windows 2012 R2 is based on Windows 8.1 kernel)
However, the "In the Works >> Recent Folders" and "In the Works >> Frequent Folders" are not populating.
or does it take a few days until anything shows there?
I do have the Quick Access Popup database enabled.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,
Check out Options, Menu Appearance and see that the "Number of items in menus" is not set to zero.
Also go into the "Menu Exclusions/Inclusions" section and see that nothing is excluded.
See that you have content in the Windows Recent folders per "From where comes the content of the Recent folders and Recent files menus?"

It could be because your Windows system folder "Recent items" is not populated by Windows. Check your folder "%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent". If it is empty, you have to enable it. See: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3469...-10-a.html
