Add custom delay between each app inside the launching profile (not the same for all).

Additional related suggestion:

"The maximum value for launch delay in the Group type should be increased, 10s (9999 ms) is way too low, up to 300s (5min) is more what I need.
(And the delay should kick in after the first item is launched). I use Group to start groups of virtual machines in sequence, and I need to wait for some of the machines to be fully up before starting the next group (like: gateway -> Domain Controllers -> File servers -> Workstations). For now I start each group manually on the console of the host, but I would like to do it in one go. And in time I want to use QAP to trigger them remotely, and also shut them down in the reverse sequence."
