  Hello.  So, I have noticed that the QAP menu will expand beyond the screen's dimensions, making it impossible to see the remaining menu items or even scroll down to access them, but only when specific criteria are met.  That criteria is as follows:
  

  • The device is using more than one monitor
    
  • The sizes of the monitors of substantially different from one another (think a laptop's built-in monitor and an external monitor)
    
  • The display settings are configured to extend the displays
    
  • The larger monitor is configured as the primary display.
    

  When these conditions are met, when attempting to open the QAP menu on the smaller, secondary monitor, it would appear that QAP will continue to display as if it were open on the primary monitor, resulting in this:
  
  
  
  
  That part where it is cut off at the bottom is literally the end of my screen.  This is what the taskbar looks like on the primary monitor:
  
  
  
  So, it would appear that QAP needs to be updated so that it can support multiple monitors, and needs to update how it displays itself depending on the dimensions of the screen in which it was launched rather than the primary monitor.  At least, that is my guess as to the problem.  Look forward to your input.

  I use QAP on a travel laptop with a 12" screen and my desktop has a 27" monitor. A couple of suggestions:
  
  - Change the size of the icons in Menu Icons to a lower value
  - Go wide with your menus instead of high. I only have 12 items on my initial / main menu.
  - Move to a subMenu / remove some of the default items like "In the Works", "My Windows Apps", etc to reclaim space
  - Adjust the menus so they look good / fit on the smaller monitor and then see how it on the larger one.
  
  It is definitely worth the investment of some time to get QAP working in a productive manner.

  Ok.  So, I understand that you use QAP using the two scenarios that you described.  Did you look at the conditions I mentioned in the bullet points of my original post?  All of those conditions need to be met for the problem that I am describing to occur.
  So, assuming that you have an external monitor plugged into your laptop, the display settings should be configured to extend the display:

    I just want to make sure that you configured your display settings correctly when attempting to reproduce the issue, as I also, incidentally, use QAP on my work computer too, and I have configured my work computer the exact same way that I have my personal computer (laptop screen and external monitor set to extend display) and I run into the exact same problem on that computer too.  Could you please humor me and try recreating the issue using the bulleted information?  Thanks.  Work computer on small screen:

  With all due respect, I like how QAP currently looks on my screen.  What I am recommending is simply that QAP dynamically determine the size of the screen that it is being launched in and conform itself to the dimensions of the screen like it does on the primary monitor.  Pretty much like how the context menu does.

  No need to adjust the context menu settings to get it to work.  It just does.

  QAP is using standard Windows commands to build its menu and display it. Once the command to display the menu is given by QAP to Windows, the "behavior" of the menu is entirely controlled by Windows. Unfortunately, the issue you describe would have to be directed to Microsoft...
