  I am more familiar with the name "Menu Exclusions" than "Dynamic Menus". I am not really familiar with the word dynamic. Why dynamic? What do you mean by dynamic menus? Is it a constantly changing menu?

  Yes, "Dynamic" because the content of these menus is refreshed each time you display them, containing the most recent/frequent items.
  
  I could also keep "Menu Exclusion" but it is somehow the contrary when "including" folders. Other opinions on this?
  
  Also, instead of the words "Blocked" and "Approved" used in the "Popup Menu Mouse trigger" options, maybe I should use "Included" and "Excluded" in this case.

  You made me think about another name for "Menu Exclusions". Since it "includes" folders, it would make more sense for it to be "Menu Exceptions".
