  Over the last couple days, I've had this error come up couple times and then QAP terminates. Not sure what it means. It just happens, I don't think it's even when I click anything in QAP.

  This line of code "This._DC:= ()" is not part of the QAP code. Dir you OCR your dialog box? Could it be "This._DB := {}" instead?

  I tried to paste the image of the dialog box that says quickaccesspop.exe at the top of it in my post but was unable to. I have it if you want me to send it to you.

  OK.  The line is "This._DB := {}". This confirms that there is an issue in your QAP database.
  
  The simplest solution is to delete the QAP database and restart QAP. This will create a fresh new database file. This will NOT delete your settings and favorites. It will only delete the history used to built your Frequent/Recent files and folders dynamic menus (under "In the works").
  
  1) Open the "File, Open QAP Settings folder"
  2) Quit QAP.
  3) Delete the file "QAP_Frequent.DB".
  4) Restart QAP.
  
  This should solve the issue. Let us know. If the issue reappear, make a backup copy of your "QAP_Frequent.DB" as soon as possible. We could use it to try to find in its recent content what caused the issue.
