  Hi,
  
  I regularly need to refresh the index of my live folders but I don't want to set it to do that periodically (I'm a control freak). I wonder if it would be possible to add certain actions to the popup menu itself (such as customise .. refresh live folders and shared menus)?

  You can simply add the QAP feature "Refresh Live Folders and Shared menus"
  to your favorites.
  I also added this to some groups as the last action after running tools
  which change the content of live folders.
