At a basic level, you an store snippets and trigger them with abbreviations. For example, you can have some text and a graphic that is your signature stored and assign ";sig". Type ";sig" and the trigger key and the text and graphics are pasted into the document or form where you cursor is situated (in this case the graphic is ignored due to limitation in this forum):

A more complex snippet can have a place holder that pops up a dialogue box and asks the user to enter a name. For example: Dear [NAME], please provide you contact phone number. On execution the user enters the name and then the snippet is pasted into the document.
The program uses variables, and it can also use those variables in "if-then" branching to change what is pasted into the document.
It is really quite powerful if the user takes the time to design their snippets (macros). There are multiple ways to structure snippets. A user can construct a questionnaire and use math to calculate scores and report outcomes.
The best approach is to use reusable snippets and build more complex cases.
There is trial version that gives new users a chance to experiment.
The problem is the pricing model and the Indian Italian language barrier, that makes it hard to communicate problems. It is relatively slow to update features, but problems are solved quite quickly. I suspect that external programmer(s) are hired when major additions are made to the program.
