  This beta release includes "Reuse fields" allowing, when loading a file (tab 1) or using the Select command (tab 2), to create an new field based on the content of previous fields in each row.

  - known limitation: when adding reuse fields, all existing fields must be present in the Select list (abort select command if required)
  - update the text of Select help button
  - fix bug when reuse field was inserted in the header (or Select command) before other fields, content of the field after the reuse field was not loaded
  - use the correct CSV Buddy icon in the executable files

  - Reuse fields allowing, when loading a file (tab 1) or using the Select command (tab 2), to create an new field based on the content of previous fields in each row
  - Configurable reuse opening and closing delimiters in the "Options" tab
  - in this release, only one reuse field can be set when loading a file or selecting fields (multiple reuses is planned for future beta releases)

  Known issue in v2.1.9.1: if the reuse field is inserted in the header (or Select command) before other fields, the content of the field after the reuse field is not loaded. This will be fixed in the next release. In the mean time, using v2.1.9.1, always keep the reuse field at the last position of the header (or Select command).
