  Quick Fix!
  
  ...just add
  %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  
  as two Live Folder favorites.
  
  The options for Live Folders is actually pretty neat, I can tweak the "start menus" and filter out unwanted items....
