  Because of the other thread about snippets and sysvar expanding, the penny finally dropped.
  
  On Windows 11 21H2 the systemvars does not get expanded.
  Tested this on an English and a non-English installation, tested in CMD, Visual Studio Code and notepad.

  Thanks for the info. My non-expanding sysvars problem is on two very different machines.
  One is a Win10 VM upgraded to Win11 and member of a domain.
  The other one is a freshly installed standalone HP laptop.
  (They both run Winn 11 Pro).
  
  Open to suggestions here, I don't have a clue what the problem is.

  What QAP version is running on this Window 11 system?
  
  In some previous versions (I can't find in what version this was changed) environment variables were not expanded in snippets. But with the current version they are expanded. Also tested with Win 11.
