  Didn't actually crash.  I wasn't even actively using it...

  Maybe it was the hashtag in "Public Enemy #1?"  Or maybe the accented chars in Mötley Crüe?

  I first tried to reproduce the error by creating a file with the same name (Mötley Crüe - Public Enemy #1) and it was added to the database and to the "Recent Files" menu without error.
  
  
  
  
  I also tried to run the SQL command exactly as it appear in the error message and it was added to the database without error:
  
  
  
  Maybe it was a glitch? Didi it happen again?

  No that's not it.  It does hate disco though....  
  
  I've actually been listening to my Mötley Crüe mix non-stop for a couple days, and that is the only error message I've seen.   
  
  Also intersting:  I used to have "RecentFiles" as part of my QAP menu, but had removed it a while back.   Just now I put it back, so I could see if that song was there...   It only has stuff that I used a long time ago.  (I guess they are from when I last had RecentFiles as part of my menu??).    ... Wait...  Just checked again and it has updated with stuff from today...  The song is not there.   So I guess it did get correctly excluded from the recent list.. 
  
  I'll play the song again and see if anything happens.

  I played the song a couple of more times and there was no problem. ....Just a glitch I guess.
