Also, it would help if you could run an older version of QAP to see if the issue in caused by a recent change in QAP or a change in Windows. You could install v10.5.6 (https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/prod-do.../?v=10.5.6). I recommend taking a backup of your quickaccesspopup.ini file in case running the older version changes something (it should be OK but better be safe).
