There seems to be something wrong in your QAP database. A quick way to fix it is to simply delete the database. This will not erase your settings (menu, etc.). It will only reset the data for your "Frequent Folders" and "Frequent Files" menus.
- Quit QAP
- Open the QAP Working directory (https://www.quickaccesspopup.com/whats-t...directory/) and delete the file QAP_Frequent.DB.
- Restart QAP
If this happens again (immediately of after some time), let us know.
