Directory Opus:
- when creating the DOpus "Favorites" and "Layouts" menus in QAP, support "shared" and "portable" DOpus installations (in addition to the default "private" setup)
- when first running QAP, check if DOpus is installed by looking at the Windows registry (instead of looking the "Program Files" folder)
Various additions and bug fixes
- fix broken link to the website in QAP Startup Tips
- for new installations, show a welcome dialog box; add menu item "Show welcome window again" under the "Help" menu
- add menu item "Make a donation" under the "Help" menu
- update license text for freeware model
