ISSUE: Your licence has not been checked for more than 14 days

In the last days, users reported an issue with QAP complaining at startup that "the license has not been validated for more than 14 days". A majority of QAP users do not face this issue but there is an important number of users affected by it.
This issue is due to a known communication issue between the QAP executable file and the QAP server. Normally, at startup, QAP silently sends a request to the server to check that the license is valid. If the communication fails, QAP load normally for the first 14 days. After 14 days, it shows an alert message during the next 7 days. If the license has not been validated after 21 days, QAP loads in "free version" mode.
The issue seems to be linked to server upgrade (with IP address change) that was made on Aug. 18th. We are working with our Internet provider to fix the issue.
Rest assured that if we cannot resolve this issue in the next few days, a new version of QAP will be released which will allow a longer grace period until the issue is resolved.
Thank you for your understanding.
