  This program would be amazing for my entire team if you were able to:
  
  1) click to bring up the quickaccesspopup menu
  2) click on a item which will enter predetermined text into a dialog box WITHOUT closing the quickaccesspopup menu
  3) continue to click on items from the quickaccesspopup menu (and continue to enter various text entries into the same dialog box) while the quickaccesspopup menu remains open
  4) when finished, click out of the quickaccesspopup menu, and the menu will go away
  
  
  
  
  Hundreds of times a day, we enter pre-determined snips of text from a drop down box into a dialog box. This requires approximately 30 clicks per entry. If these could all be within one window that remains open until the entries are finished being selected, it would cut the clicks in half!
  
  
  (another great feature would be if we could reduce the size of the menu items in quickaccesspopup, so there could be less spacing and/or smaller text for each menu item.)
  
   we have about 25 items that would need to appear in the list, and I don't think they would all fit in the window given the size of the current menu items

  Unfortunately, this is not be possible with the current menu structure. Selecting a menu item automatically close the menu. Another approach that would be feasible would be to add a button in the "Customize" window to execute/launch the item selected in the list. You could set the "Customize" window as "Always on top" (pin button on te left side) to have this lst always available. I added this to the wish list (mo estimated date, however):

  This one is easier: in "Options, Menu Icons", choose a smaller size of icons , or no icon at all.

  Thank you for the quick reply! .. I could see this feature (having the quickaccesspopup menu stay open for a period of time) being very helpful for many people. For instance, lets say someone wanted to open 5 items from the menu at once. They would need to click and open the menu 5 times, once for each item. If there was a way to hold down a key on the keyboard (maybe hold shift or ALT) BEFORE launching the quickaccesspopup menu? Continue to hold the key, and the menu stays open while you click multiple items. Once the key is released, the quickaccesspopup menu goes back to its original functionality (closes after one item is clicked).
  
  Or even an option in settings that you could toggle which would turn the 'temporary popup window' (as it is now), and change it into a regular window with a clickable "x" in the top right? The user could turn this option on if they wanted the window to sustain while using it (while they chose their multiple selections). When finished making multiple selections, close the window with the X!
  
  Just a few thoughts. Thank you very much for your quick response. I will keep checking back periodically for future/feature updates, as I can see great potential for my team with using this app!

  I can see too that it could be helpful. But this not technically possible for QAP. QAP menu is managed by a Windows component and, once open, QAP has no control on it.
  
  But the solution I proposed (add a button in the "Customize" window to execute/launch the item selected in the list) may work for you. The "Customize" window can be kept open and always on top.
