Another option is to disable the database. To disable the database if you can't do it using QAP (if it does not load) in "Options, Database", open the quickaccesspopup.ini file in the QAP Settings Folder and change the following line under the [Global] section
UsageDbIntervalSeconds=0
If the database is disabled, QAP will work as before except:
- the "Frequent Folders" and "Frequent Files" menu will be empty;
- the "Recent Folders" and "Recent Files" will be populated directly from Windows Recent Items folder instead of the cached items in the database and will not consider QAP usage.
You missed my first question: Was QAP working before this error started to appear?
