  Hello, 
  
  The QAP version?
  11.3.0.1 64bits registered
  Was it installed using the Setup program or the Portable zip file?
  Setup file
  What is your default file manager (if not Windows Explorer)?
  Windows Explorer (also installed Open Shell Menu) / Open Shell never had conflict with QAP in the past on my system
  What is your Windows version?
  Windows 10 Familiy 21H1 19043.1083
  
  1) I have a problem with QAP, when I try to save a file (save as) and use the QAP menu to open a recent used location or a favorite location, QAP opens the location in a new window/box, not within the application itself (Microsoft Word, browser, etc.)... So I have to copy the path and paste it into Word save file window/box or the application I am using. 
  

  How can I fix this? 

  I've already tried to reinstall the QAP, it did not help, and I did not add Word or other apps to the exclusion list.

  2) Next there is an issue with the QAP option menu, some windows do not display well, graphic glitches occur, especially when I am going to:

  ==> Popup Hotkeys options ==> clicking on "excluded applications"... next the whole window is a mess... Please see the screenshot below!

  PS: my video drivers are all updated (AMD Radeon RX580 2048Sp).

  For #1, please make sure that you have the "Change folders in dialog boxes..." option set on the General Options Dialog.
  
  For #2, it appears that you have a non-standard font size setting in windows.

  Re font size:  Usually I would agree that he's changed his Windows font sizes... But in the screenshot they don't really look any bigger(?) ... As I look closer, it appears that the contents of the Options > Popup Hotkeys form are shown, but the GUI elements of Options > Popup Menu are drawn over them.
  
  EDIT:  After reading OP's post more closely, I recreated this glitch.  As he said, go to 'Pop up Hotkeys' then click the link for 'excluded applications."  Then the redraw glitch appears.  (I'm using 11.3.0.1 on Win 10)

  Another reason could be that you a running MS Office "as administrator". in this case, QAP could not act in Office's dialog boxes. See:

  #2: Steve is right. This is not a font or resolution issue. Normally, the "Options" dialog box is loaded with all controls hidden and only those from the desired tab (or section) are shown. It seems that this "excluded applications" link is missing (or messing) something. Noted for a bug fix in the next release.

  #1 has been solved by selecting "Change folders in dialog boxes..." on the General Options Dialog. I thought it was a default option. I did not check it when reinstalled my system and QAP.
  
  For #2 I will wait for bug fix in the next release!
  
  Thank you again for all the good work, QAP is a must-have software, cannot work with it!

  @toriatama: Maybe you already figured it out but I forgot to mention that until the "excluded applications" link in the "Popup Menu" section is fixed, you can open the section "Menu Exclusions" directly from the "Options" menu.

  Sorry, I mislead you in my last post. The section where you can find the "excluded applications" is in "Popup Menu". Select "Blacklist" to exclude applications:

  This has been fixed in beta release v11.3.0.9.5 and will be available to all users in next public release.
