  I'm using popular text expander PhraseExpress and as a part of its features I use the application launch option. 
  
  When any app is launched that way, QAP pop-up won't appear in its open/save dialog boxes, none of the set shortcuts works. At the same time when I open the same app via the regular shortcut, QAP works perfectly... Both shortcuts parameters (the one used by PhraseExpress and the standard Windows one) are exactly the same.
  
  Has anyone had a similar problem and found any way to overcome it?

  Coud it be that the applications launched by PhraseExpress are launched "as administrator"? This coud explain why these windows are "not visible" to QAP.

  I believe you may be right! While there's no parameter in the shortcuts to do so, PhraseExpress itself is run as an admin in my case, otherwise it won't work with some apps. Logically any shortcut launched via PhraseExpress is most likely also run with admin privileges....
  
  Would running QAP as an admin as well address this issue?

  The only thing I need to do is to disable the warning message, but I can see how to do so on the referred page. Great stuff!
