The simplest way to retrieve what you had before would be to restore a backup of your settings file. See this page to find help on how to restore a backup (this page is not exactly about the issue you reported but the solution is similar):

If you can't find a good backup, another option would be to delete (or rename) the quickaccesspopup.ini file and restart QAP. This would re-create a brand new default file.
