  Hi,
  
  I am running the latest version of QAP (11.2.0.3) on Windows 10 20H2 with life time licenses. I bought two life time licenses to cover my two work PCs and my two home PCs. I'm having issues keeping/installing the license on one of my home PCs. One PC is fine, but the other reverted to the free edition and will not allow me to use the key, saying that it's already been used twice. There are two users one one PC, does that count as two "installations?" If yes, then it would be nice if the web site was clearer about what an "installation" is. And would it be possible to credit the two licenses I've already paid for toward a group license?
  
  I love the program and am looking forward to getting full functionality back on all installations.

  No. Two users on the same PC count as only one installation.
  
  I reviewed your two licenses. One has two installations on it and the other has only one (so it has one installation free). I won't post your license codes here but I will contact you by email in a minute to clarify this.

  Thanks for figuring out that I was trying to use the wrong license. Using the right one worked. Although I don't know why that PC lost the license I had installed.
  
  Is there a way to find the Unique System ID when there is no license? It's easy to find in the About window when there is a license, but I did not see it on the system that lost the license.

  No. Actually, the unique system ID is displayed in the About dialog box only if a license is installed.
