I thought it would be a good idea to use snippets for frequently used mail addresses, but when I try to use
it in an outlook 365 message it always pasts the clipboard in stead of the snippet.
Any idea how to solve this?
I installed the latest version of QAP (v11.2.0.3 - 64 bits)
Running Windows 10 (version 1809 - cannot be updated due to company policy)
Office 365 (version 2002 - latest) -

Hi Odouma,
QAP is using the Clipboard temporarily when pasting text snippets and restore the original Clipboard after pasting. Maybe the delays inserted when pasting snippets are not long enough for Outlook 365. You coud try increase (let's say double - you'll have to do some "trial and error") the values listed here and see if it solves the issue:

Thank you very much this was the solution.
Doubling the values was not enough, but doubling it again did the trick.
Maybe I'm not searching good enough, but I cannot find the meaning
of the four delays, can you explain what they mean?

This need to be updated because there are now 4 delays. I could document it more precisely in the future but these are delays inserted between the steps involving replacing and restoring the Clipboard's content. Trial and error could help you find which delay could be reduced.
