I've noticed that the startup tray tooltip in German says:

"Quick Access Popup bereit!
Keine oder Window+W oder Favoriten zu starten"

That doesn't seem to make much sense, but I've been unable to get the English popup to appear to compare what it says.

Hi,

The tip says "Keine" (None) because you selected "None" for "Quick Access Popup Mouse button" in "Options, Popup Hotkeys". This is not a translation issue. This oddity can be avoided by programming. Noted.

FYI, this issue has been solved in v11.2.0.3.
