  Since its creation (and with Folders Popup before) as of today (v11.1), QAP does not react timely when the Windows user changes the location of some special folders. In the QAP settings file, these locations are saved "hard-coded" (ie "C:\Users\UserName\Pictures") instead of a code that could be converted to the real path dynamically when the folder is launched. Because changing the location of these folders becomes more easier with Windows 10, dealing with this change should be improved in a future release.
