  I think it would be a great feature to have certain favorites enabled only if the selection meets a certain filespec or regular expression.
  
  An even more full featured, um, feature that, um, featured a way of specifying certain conditions under which a favorite is enabled or disabled would be welcome also.

  A quick example would be a favorite that was disabled unless a ".txt" file was selected. Perhaps the favorit executes the text editor.

  Unfortunately, this would not be possible. With the QAP development tools, menu items are set as enabled or disabled when the menu is built and could not be disabled on the fly.
