You could maybe add a couple of Favorite types. Then you couldn't call it "Add favorite folder or webpage" though. You'd have to just call it "Add Favorite."
Anyway, if QAP has been activated over the top of a window's titlebar, and if the user selects "Add favorite," then QAP can add the given application as a favorite. Like if I have Notepad open and activate on the titlebar at the top of the window, a favorite is generated for "Notepad.exe."
If a bit of text has been selected, then QAP has been activated over the selected text, open the "Add favorite snippet" window with the selected text inserted to the "Content" box.
These are not really important -- just some fun ideas.
I wonder how many people group their favorites by favorite type? Such as

Website
Website
------
etc.

It might be clever if QAP qould recognize this and put the added item with its group. For example if I use the "Add favorite" command to add a favorite folder, then QAP checks if there are 2 or more 'folder favorites' adjacent to each other. If there are, then it puts the new folder favorite just below that group.
Again, just an idea for a future version.

Just a precision, here, you meant the menu is "Add *Active* favorite folder or webpage".

Yes. Feasible. I don't think QAP (AHK, in fact) can distinguish if the title bar is selected specifically. But it can get the title and process path (exe file) of the active application.

Interesting. However, in this situation, QAP would not know if it should add a text snippet with the selected text or the application where the text is selected.

I can see how this would work if user keeps favorites in the main menu. This would be less workable if favorites are saved in multiple submenus. I wonder what proportion of users keep most of their favorites in the main menu?

Sorry yes, I meant "Add active."
I do seem to recall a tool someone made with ahk that detected a mouse click on the titlebar of the window. I can't find it now though. It's possible that they assessed the mouse position relative to the top/left (0,0) position of the active window. If the position was y<20, x(width of window) then they assumed it was the title bar. That's a kludgy way to do it though, and might not always work.
If occurs to me also, that if you clicked the titlebar of your webbrowser, then QAP wouldn't know if it should capture the webpage, or the browser.exe. -

True. But in these cases, we could assume that the user wish to add the link, not the app. Same logic could be applied for selected text vs the app. The content would have priority. -
