  Hi, Jean!
  
  I just discovered and download QAP, and I'm very excited to get it set up and begin using it! The first thing I did after installing was review the default shortcuts, because I have MANY keyboard shortcuts already set up in the apps I use most often, and I've been using those same shortcuts for decades, and I'm not willing to change them. So it will be a deal-breaker if I'm unable to change or remove some of the initial/default keyboard shortcut assignments in QAP, even if it's the best thing since sliced bread!
  
  I was able to remove most of the shortcuts that would interfere with my daily work (and will likely reactivate those features and assign a new shortcut later), but there are three that I'm unable to remove: 
  
  Ctrl Shift F
  Ctrl Shift U
  Ctrl Shift V
  
  I am able to see a window that indicates these shortcut keys are assigned in QAP, but that window does not give me the option to remove or reassign the shortcuts, and I have clicked on every possible window in QAP and do not see the option anywhere to deal with those shortcuts. Please, please, please tell me how I can accomplish this, so I can start playing with the app and hopefully fall in love with it the way so many others have! Until I can address these specific shortcuts, I will not be able to do that.

  These 3 favorites are for items created in the default menu under the "My QAP Essential". You can change them one by one or review the keyboard shortcuts globally in the "Manage Shortcuts" window.
