  Hello, 
  
  I had QAP version 10.X and never had any problem (was a donor).
  I've upgraded my QAP to a lifetime license (paid for a new license key).
  I've installed/updated the latest version of QAP 11.0.3.
  
  Now QAP does not launch properly.
  The QAP icon in the Windows taskbar that was usually blue is now grey, there right-click menu does only shows a few options: 
  - Suspend Hotkeys
  - Pause script
  - Exit
  
  The popup menu does not work/appear anymore.
  
  What can I do?
  
  Please, find my .ini file attached to this post (zip archive).

  I got the same problem with v.11.0.4 (Portable).
  
  Rolled back to v.11.0.3 and QAP works as normal.

  Hello and thank you for your help.
  
  I've udpated to v11.0.4 but still QAP cannot start properly.
  I disabled my license through the online license management page, but it does not help.
  
  Next, I've tried to revert to verion 11.0.3 (setup), and now it's working!

  I've also got the same problem. I don't know where to download the previous version, and as QAP doesn't start correctly, I can't manage anything regarding the license as well.
  
  Even after completely deinstalling and reinstalling QAP I still get the same vague 'Suspend Hotkeys, Pause script, Exit' menu in the system tray.

  I could not find it on the website, so I've googled it: "quickaccess popup +11.0.3 +version" and found it on several websites.

  I've got QAP 11.0.3 working again now, and hope the license issues will soon be fully solved.

  I'm glad it is working well now. Getting to control this new licensing system has been quite challenging ;-)

  The QAP icon in the Notification zone stays gray during various initialization tasks. Once the license registration is settled (where, for the initial launch, the icon can stay grey for a longer period), the duration of the initialisation will mainly depend on the number of new items to process in the Windows "Recent Items" folder. These entries are used to populate the QAP database and to build the "Frequent Folders", "Frequent Files, "Recent Folders" and "Recent Files" menus.
