This is, as far as I know, a corruption of the INI-file.
Either you manually tried to change/edit the INI-file and didn't adhere to the format, or some other system, like anti-virus, anti-malware, or file change monitors interrupted the write process. That made QAP go "WTF"!
I have around 200 favourites (not sure, not gonna count them) spread across local INIs, but mostly Shared Menus.
I do have a problem, the time QAP uses to save changes keeps increasing!![]()
I'm kind of waiting for QAP to collapse, but it don't.
This is something screwing with your INI-file.

As I said, there is something else fucking up your INI-file.
