There is probably a command line parameter that could be added to the favorite for DOpus to specify what lister to open.
This would be a parameter that you could use when launching DOpus from the Run dialog box (or from the command line), for example:
"C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopus.exe" <param>
or
"C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe" <param>
If yes, this <param> could be added in the "Parameters" of the "Advanced settings" tab of the Application favorite. I don't have time now to search for this in the DOpus doc or forum. But if you find something, let me know and we can see how it works in a QAP group.

"C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe" /CMD Prefs LAYOUT="Moo"
Layouts can save and recreate one or more windows and will remember the directories they were showing, the display mode and folder format, and things like whether the viewer pane and folder tree are on or off.

And also how to include double-quotes inside a parameter. And there is no universal rules on this. In my experience all programs do not process this the same way. Thanks Jean, I’ll have a go tomorrow
This may require some trial and error. First make sure when you use it from the Windows "Run" dialog box. Also test if this can work without quotes (for example LAYOUT=Moo). Then see how to split it in two parts: the path to the executable file in QAP Location field (C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe -> never enclosed double-quotes), then the parameters in the Advanced tab.
