New beta release v10.5.9.3 - Add Multiple Recent and Frequent favorites

- fix bug not removing the small statut popup window when using the "Refresh Live Folders and Shared menus" command
- add sources to multiple add: "Frequent folders", "Frequent files", "Recent folders" and Recent files"
- add a checkbox to exclude existing favorites
- remove duplicates in current windows source
- sort "QAP Features" and "Special folder" by their default names
- move filter text field below the folder text field
- improve QAP features help dialog box and add link to help page (open the page if user clicks Yes)
- display "wait" mouse cursor when loading from Frequent or Recent sources
