  I am using QAP now for a while. Normally for starting portable applications and everything is working fine with all applications.
  Until now. I have unzipped a new application called OBS studio portable (to record video on a computer screen).
  When I try to start the application with QAP, there is an error message called "Failed to find locale/en-US.ini" and it is not possible to start the application. When I start the application by double clicking on the "obs64.exe" file there is no problem and the program starts.
  Can you tell me if this application is an exception and cannnot start with QAP?
  Version: 9.4.1.5
  Portable version
  File Manager is Multicommander
  Windows 10 Home 1803

  I would rather say that this is OBS that is picky and need its working directory to be set when it is launched. Good thing, I'm using OBS too and I was able to reproduce this issue.
  
  You need to go th the "Advanced settings" tab in the "Edit favorite" dialog box and enter the path to the OBS ini file in the "Start in" text box. In my case, the path to this file is
  C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-studio

  I can start OBS Studio now with QAP.

  Sorry to inform you, that starting OBS Studio with QAP is not working yet.
  Startup OBS works, but when I try to record something from my browser, I receive a message, that there is an unknow error and the recorder is not starting at all. When I start OBS from my explorer (obs64.exe) I can make a recording from my browser.
  Have you any idea how to solve this? This is the only application that I cannot use with QAP now.
