  Hello for the second time, i have already ask this.
  Why i must press 6 or 7 times on the middle button mouse before the QAP launch.

  When you launch QAP, you must wait for the app to be fully loaded before being able to open the menu with the Middle Mouse button. This may take a few seconds because QAP is updating its database when launched.

  This is an issue I also have reported earlier. I'm still using v9.2.0.1 as all newer version are very slow with opening. Not reacting on middle button, opening from the task bar by clicking on the QAP icon takes usually more than ten seconds. This issue is still not solved.
  I'm running Windows 7 English version. Should you need more details pls let me know.

  Is this delay only occurs when at initial launch of QAP Or each time you open the menu?
  
  Try disable the QAP database (using latest version, in "Options", "More" tab, "QAP Database") to see if this changes the delay.

  Is your QAP database file on a regular drive? The delay seems to be caused by the SQLite database processing (file "QAP_Frequent.DB" in your QAP working directory).
  
  By disabling the database, the "Frequent Folders" and "Frequent Files" menus will remain empty. But the Recent files/folders menus will be OK.

  My DB file is in C:\Users\[myusername]\AppData\Roaming\Quick Access Popup folder. I'm not sure if this is the proper location or not. (I started to use FoldersPopup back then and migrated later to QAP. If it matters for any reasons.) 
  I also have many temp folders like _QAP_temp_2103711282 in the same folder. Not sure if that is an issue.

  Normally, this folder is deleted when QAP is closed. This could be the symptom of QAP not closing properly. But this is not related to our issue.
  
  I'd like to see parts of your QAP ini file. I'll follow up with you privately.
