hi, this problem is a reverse for me when using quick launch.
i have a window A,
i wanna open a folder B so i can copy files into A.
when i use keyboard shortcut to start up QAP, and choose quick launch,
no matter where the mouse is, it always use the window A to open the shortcut folder B,
thus i cant copy.
my system is with the above setting.
however, if not using quick launch,
but selecting submenu/folder from QAP's main,
then yes i can open folder B and copy files into A.
honestly, the quick luanch is newer (i checked it's just added 2023).
and to me i'll say quick launch looks complicated,
it easily lost focus.
i mean,
when i highlight a window A,
my own AHK script could be fired up by hotkey,
the focus is on A, obviously.
but with QAP's quick launch.
when highlight window A,
it looks it will load for sometime,
and the focus not necessary on window A.
looks to me it focus on "QAP" itself as the target.
something like that.
however i must again say that QAP is much polished,
many many small features are made into options for users to tune.
for shortcuts that wont easy get focus problem,
QAP is a good go.
thanks
