I checked the ini file you sent me by email. It seems that this file is missing a few "end-of-menu" markers at the end. I''ll send you the fix by email.

If you think it's worth the time, you could see if you can compare with another backup of your settings file.

Using the file you sent me from your Win 7 system, I was able to reproduce the error you got. I'll need more time to investigate but there seems to be an issue when exporting or importing (or both) using QAP's Export command.
I'll be back on this later.

The issue occurs if the [Favorites] section of your QAP ini file gets larger that 65,532 characters (this is in fact a limitation of the AHK command used to read/write a whole section of the ini file). This has been fixed by reading/writing favorites one by one instead of as a section. This is slower but safer. A popup text indicate the progress of the copy.
Upgrading to v10.3.2 is recommended before doing copying favorites with the "Import/Export Favorites" command.
Thanks Dale for helping catching this.
