Issue raised by Dmitri.

Not a simple request because favorites import is done at the ini file level withoud loading favorites in the QAP data structure and without validation. Until this is done, user should check its import file before importing.

Instead of checking for duplicates names when importing, QAP check for duplicates when loading the favorites and add "[!]" to the name to make them unique. This is available since v10.4.1.
